SB 165                                                                       
The Conference Committee considering HCS CSSB 165(FIN) and                     
CSSB 165(FIN) am recommends the following be adopted:

SB 165                                                                       
CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 165                                         
"An Act making an appropriation to the Alyeska Settlement Fund                
and making appropriations from the Alyeska Settlement Fund;                    
making, amending, and repealing operating and capital                          
appropriations; and providing for an effective date."                          
                                                                               
The report was signed by Senator Frank, Chair, Senators Pearce and             
Zharoff; and, Representative Larson, Chair, Representatives                    
Grussendorf and MacLean.                                                       
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Conference Committee report on HCS CSSB
165(FIN) and CSSB 165(FIN) am.                                                 
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House adopt the Conference              
Committee report, thus adopting CCS SB 165.                                    
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the Conference                     
Committee report?"  The roll was taken with the following result:

Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the        
effective date clauses.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
